Highlights:

In a deal announced last week, Authentic Gaming has been sold  to Genting for €15 million.

Authentic Gaming burst onto the live gaming scene in 2016 as an independent division of Leo Vegas. They quickly established themselves as a leading in-casino table specialist.

In a few short years, they launched roulette tables live streamed from the floors casinos in the UK, Denmark, Italy, Romania, Georgia and notably the United States. Foxwoods Roulette would become the first US based table available for play by players outside the US, including in Europe.

Authentic’s list of licensee casinos has also grown in recent years to include the likes of Mr Green and Unibet. A 2018 content partnership with Playtech saw their reach expanded further.

Genting Group own and operate a large portfolio of casino properties around the world, including over 40 casinos across the UK, as well as the Resort’s World brand. There are Resorts World casinos in Malaysia, Bahamas, Las Vegas, New York as well as the flagship, Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore.
