The first thing that struck me about Media Live Casino's
baccarat game is its simplicity. You are presented with a screen dominated
by the video vision of the dealer and table, a bet timer, a chat window and
really very little else.
Absent are menus with links to help, game stats, configurable
screen views or virtual depictions of dealt cards that the more complex
platforms provide. The only evidence you have that the table scanners are
reading correctly is a simple hand total count number (rather than virtual
cards). Also absent are presentations of Big Roads, Bead Roads or any
other form of deal history.
But if you don't need any of this ancillary functionality you
may like this game. As simply put together as it is, it achieves the aim
of replicating a real casino environment quite well. The live video
is nice and big, audio is loud and clear and the backdrop beats a blue screen.
It should be noted that this is a VERY fast game. Time
limit between bets is a mere 12 seconds, so impatient players will like it.
